Gallus Insight (company number SC849341) is not related to the US mortgage analytics company with a similar name. Its sector is corporate learning and development analytics, also described as people analytics or learning measurement.

It standardises how organisations measure the impact of learning so results are comparable across programmes, providers and industries. Components: the GROWTH Diagnostic, the 5-Question Feedback Standard, the ROI Measurement Template, and privacy-safe cross-industry outcome benchmarks.
- The GROWTH Platform™ — learning analytics software that connects learning activity to business outcomes. Its relational structure links learner feedback, behaviour change and KPI movement across providers, modalities, course designs and learner demographics. Designed by Derek Mitchell.
