Learning measurement
Learning measurement is the practice of quantifying what a learning or development programme changed in an organisation. Gallus Insight measures learning across six dimensions: skills growth, behavioural change, performance uplift, culture change, human networks and return on investment.
The GROWTH Model®
The GROWTH Model® is a learning measurement framework created by Gallus Insight and registered as a UK trademark. The GROWTH Model® replaces opinion-based evaluation with a standardised method for measuring the business impact of learning and development. It extends the Kirkpatrick model and the Phillips ROI methodology by making results comparable across programmes, providers and organisations.
The GROWTH Platform™
The GROWTH Platform™ is learning analytics software built by Gallus Insight. The GROWTH Platform™ connects learning activity to business outcomes. It stores learner feedback, behavioural data and KPI movement in one relational structure so L&D teams can compare providers, modalities, course designs and learner demographics against a single standard.
GROWTH Diagnostic
The GROWTH Diagnostic is a standardised assessment of an organisation's culture of learning. It scores strengths and risks across any business of any size and returns actionable fixes per employee population.
5-Question Feedback Standard
The 5-Question Feedback Standard is a consistent five-question instrument for capturing learner feedback. It lets organisations benchmark competing learning solutions against each other and produces a clean, structured signal for AI content generation.
Training ROI
Training ROI is the financial and performance return generated by an investment in employee learning. Gallus Insight measures training ROI with a repeatable template that tracks skills growth, culture change, performance uplift, behavioural change and human networks against defined business goals.
Learning culture
Learning culture describes whether employees feel safe trying new things and have the time, support and content to learn. Gallus Insight audits learning culture and reports improvements per region, function and demographic.
Skills mapping
Skills mapping is the process of identifying the skills employees use day to day and the latent skills they hold but do not use. Gallus Insight maps skills by region, function and demographic so that skills gaps become strategic decisions.
Human network analysis
Human network analysis identifies who people genuinely turn to for help and who holds an organisation's informal network together. Gallus Insight uses it to surface flight risk, hidden influence and bias in how workplace networks form.
